MR. NAVAKUMAR NARAYANAN (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Managing Director of NARK Pharmaceuticals Ltd has more than five decades of industrial experience. He has been associated with the Company since its inception as promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for NARK. Prior to NARK, he has held leadership positions as Chief Executive Officer at Kerala Automobiles Ltd. and as Executive Director at Keltron. Mr Kumar started his career at Bhilai Steel Plant. He holds an Engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum.

Madhvendra Das Journalist turned Communicator with over 25 years of work experience. After working in sales, financial services and Journalism, he has built a career in corporate communication and CSR. From 2000-2015 he led communications at ICICI group and communications and CSR at Deutsche Bank, Vodafone & Citigroup in India. In 2015 he co-founded The Good Edge ,a strategic communications and CSR advisory firm, advises companies and non-profits on their communications and CSR strategies and counts leading brand including Reliance Jio, Deutsche Bank , DHL, CRISIL, ICICI Pru AMC, Mckinsey among its clients
MS. RITIKA ANIL KUMAR (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Ritika works as an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) consultant at Centelon, Bangalore and received her Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VIT. A certified UiPath RPA developer, her work is closely tied with the automation of finance-affiliated business processes. Additionally, she has dabbled briefly in public policy and is a Policy in Action Fellow (Bangalore, 2019 cohort), having received her certificate for the Policy in Action Programme held by YLAC India – an organisation that seeks to increase civic engagement amongst young people.
